I believe in yoga, I believe in relationships and connection to heal the world. I live in Washington DC, study and teach yoga, and enjoy lil omm yoga where I can bring my 2 year old daughter to share in the joys that yoga can bring. I love my family and friends and believe that joy, kindness and happiness are contagious!
