Partners of the Americas is a non-profit international grassroots network that creates opportunities for individuals, institutions, and communities to discover how they can change our world through service, leadership, and by building relationships across the Americas.
The Sustainable Network Training Program will support the work of our Chapters by training the next generation of leaders, or Network Innovators, who will be the direct beneficiaries of the training. Through the training, the Network Innovators will ultimately impact hundreds of individuals living in their local communities as well as their Chapter’s partner communities in Latin America.
Each Network Innovator represents a Chapter, creating lasting change in the Americas. From literacy projects in Nicaragua and emergency preparedness training in Chile, to women shelters in Uruguay and inner city music programs in Rochester, Chapter projects will benefit from this groundbreaking training program.
As our Chapters look to expand their work and provide opportunities to more individuals to become involved, they also seek ways to ensure their work will be sustained and continue to have an impact for years to come.
Partners and Citizen Effect have engaged Innovation Mentors from across the Partners’ network to provide participants with a unique training opportunity. This training will equip participants with the skills needed to effectively organize fundraising events, engage their networks and establish strategies to support their Chapter programs and activities.
