It is my belief that healthcare is the single largest global problem that we have to combat. It has an impact on every aspect of life including education, workforce development, and quality of life. I have been very fortunate to be raised in the United States in a loving household with the luxuries that many in the United States enjoy. However there are many within the United States and many more in the world whose only luxury might be to walk two miles instead of 3 miles to use the toilet.
