Congratulations on completing your Yoga Challenge! Great job on raising $907 for the foster home! The D.C. yoga community has raised over $11,000 so far, and we are still going! Please keep asking friends and family to contribute to your Yoga Challenge project. Be sure to check back for updates from South Africa on the construction of the foster home as well.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Challenge...Completed!</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;Wow - July 31st! It actually just dawned on me that I've done 31 days of yoga (not just 30!).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;July 30th- home breathing/meditation practice&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;July 31st - home practice, some sun salutations, backbends and hip openers - necessary after 13 flights of the exorcist stairs!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;Thank you everyone for sponsoring the challenge!&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Only 2 Days?</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;Wow - I can't believe it's already July 29th! Only 2 more days left in the yoga challenge. One of my supporters and students asked me yesterday how it's been going and was wondering if it's been hard to do yoga everyday. I think that it's been a great learning experience for me as a teacher and student of yoga - I told her I'd tried to vary the styles and practices I did to keep things fresh and keep from getting injured - I don't think my wrists would have survived 30 days of chaturangas! In addition to the physical asana practices I did a lot more yoga nidra and relaxation practices, and have become quite comfortable with a home practice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;As always, the last few days:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;July 26- lovely gentle Kripalu class again with Gretchen @&amp;nbsp; WSC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;July 27 - Home meditation practice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller;"&gt;July 28 - Self-asana practice at lil omm between classes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Sarah's  30-Day Yoga Challenge Project is almost over...have you donated yet?</title>

Just a friendly reminder that the yoga  challenge is almost over! &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;July 22nd - home practice dedicated to my mother in law Wendy, sending her love, light and strength during her 5 hour operation today!&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>days  9 &amp; 10</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;Yesterday did another home practice - moon salutations + warrior I + warrior II + triangle + pigeon + shoulderstand...today a missed alarm and the rain foiled my plans to go over to lil omm on my bike for Dena's class...so being present to the path that presented itself to me I improvised and was very happy - had an amazing 90 minute yoga class with&amp;nbsp;Olga @ WSC - thanks for a beautiful class, I will be back again!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Day 8</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;I've increased my fundraising goal and I'm almost there - check out my blog to figure out how to donate. Today I&amp;nbsp;ended up doing a 45 minute home practice because I was overheated and just wanted a cool space to practice. 4 rounds moon salutations and awesome home practice sequence from Yoga Journal's August issue that I've been meaning to check out.       <title>Yoga Challenge Days 4,5,6 ahhhhh</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;Days 4 and 5 were a bit more challenging...I had to live what I always tell students: if you don't have time for a 30 minute asana practice, just spend a few minutes taking some yogic breaths. That's what I did on 4 and 5. Today I did a yoga nidra for 20 minute this morning, kept my cool when my bike popped a tire and I&amp;nbsp;had to walk 25 minutes in 102 degree heat and then finally got a chance to attend class with Ayelet @ studio serenity which was lovely!&lt;br /&gt;
