About Me: I became involved with Citizen Effect quite recently at their launch party in San Francisco in Dec 2009. I was really interested in their business model in giving a lot of ownership to the user - the "Citizen Philanthropist" in the ability for us to use our own creativity to organize events and activities and in doing so raise funds and awareness for their various projects. I'm very excited to work with the Bilodra Childcare Center and hope you can share your support in this organization! Thank you. Babi

The Bilodra Childcare Center lacks funding to continue operating and requires a partner that will help them provide 35 village children with a healthy, encouraging learning environment, nutritious meals, field trips, and health care. Since its opening, the center has been dedicated to fostering the physical and intellectual growth of the children it cares for and encouraging families to create comfortable learning environments at home. The center currently cares for 30 children all under the age of 6 years old. However, it is no longer able to meet the cost of supplies, food, and the salaries for the upcoming year. Become the Citizen Philanthropist for this project and partner with Bilodra village to create a positive learning and growing environment for their children.
